Why a listing won't publish
The publish checklist and how to clear every item on it.
If you set a listing to Published but something required is missing, it's saved as a draft and you'll see a card titled “Saved as a draft — finish these to publish.” Each item has a checkmark (done) or a circle (still needed).
The checklist
- Property address
- Price
- At least one photo
- Your loan-officer name, phone, email, NMLS ID, and headshot (from your profile)
- Realtor co-marketing approval confirmed — only if you attached a realtor
Most publish blocks come down to an incomplete profile. Add your headshot and NMLS ID on Your profile, then save the listing again.
