Admin (team admins)
Manage your team
The admin home: roster, sign in as an officer, reset passwords, and roles.
The Admin tab (visible to admins and team admins) opens on “Platform overview” — team-wide stats and a roster of every member. From the top you can jump to Rates, Content library, All listings, Compliance, Milestones, and Integrations.
The roster
- Each row shows a member's role, status, and their listing and lead counts.
- “Reset password” generates a one-time temporary password to share — they'll be forced to change it at next login.
- “Deactivate” / “Activate” turns access on or off; “Make admin” / “Make LO” changes their role.
Sign in as a loan officer
- 1On a member's row, click “View as” to see their dashboard exactly as they do.
- 2A banner across the top reminds you that you're viewing as them.
- 3Click “Return to your account” in that banner to switch back.
Resetting a password or deactivating a member signs them out of all their sessions. You can't deactivate or demote your own account.
