Content library
A set of reusable, pre-approved copy blocks for financing programs, disclosures, and education. Loan officers select approved content instead of writing regulated explanations from scratch. Add a block, mark it Approved, and it becomes available to the team.
Milestones
Maps raw loan-origination milestone names to realtor-safe stages for the partner portal. Only approved, active mappings ever drive a realtor-facing stage or notification, and editing an approved mapping returns it to draft for re-approval.
Integrations
Monitors the read-only Encompass loan mirror — connection state, reconciliation runs, and any processing failures. You can run a reconciliation on demand and mark a failure resolved.
