Why can't I publish a listing?

Publishing needs a complete profile — specifically a headshot and NMLS ID — plus an address, a price, and at least one photo on the listing. The publish checklist on the form shows exactly what's missing.

Which listing sites can I import from?

Redfin works for automated link imports. Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and Trulia block them, so paste the same home's Redfin link to pull in the details and photos.

Do realtors need an account?

Not to approve a page — you send them a review link they can use without signing up. For the partner portal (to follow loan progress), you invite them and they set their own password.

Where do the rates in the Payment Lab come from?

From your team's managed rates, set by an admin under Admin → Rates. Rates are never edited on an individual listing.

Is my Lead Tracker private?

Yes. Each loan officer sees only their own leads. Importing your spreadsheet again is safe — existing leads are skipped, not duplicated.

Can I reuse a page for a new property?

Yes — use “Duplicate page.” Your layout and photos carry over; leads and analytics never do.
