The disclaimers and consent text shown across every public listing.
Under Admin → Compliance you edit the statements that appear on every public listing page. Changes apply immediately — no redeploy needed.
What you can edit
- General disclaimer — shown on every listing page.
- Payment calculator disclaimer — shown under the mortgage calculator.
- Lead form consent — shown beneath the contact form.
- Equal Housing statement — the fair-lending notice in the disclaimer band.
- Company NMLS disclosure — company NMLS # and consumer-access link.
Leave a field blank and that statement is simply omitted. Click “Save compliance settings” and it's live on all listings right away.
