Listings

Edit, sell, expire, or duplicate a page

Everything on the Edit page — open houses, scheduling, versions, and the danger zone.

Open any listing's Edit page from its card. Along the top are quick links to Analytics, the Marketing kit, “View page,” “Duplicate page,” and “Customize page layout.” Below the property form are several management panels.

Mark a home sold

Set the Status dropdown to “Sold” and save. The public page updates to reflect it. Set it to “Archived” to take a page down entirely.

Open houses

Add a start and end time (Eastern) and an optional note. Open houses show as a badge on the listing's hero and a banner on the page. Remove one any time.

Scheduling (go live / expire)

In the Scheduling panel, optionally set a “Go live at” date to keep the page hidden until then, or an “Expire at” date to take it offline automatically. The page must be set to Published for scheduling to apply.

Publish history

Every time you publish, a version is saved. You can restore an earlier version — it comes back as a draft so you can review it before it goes live again. Your leads, analytics, and approvals are never affected.

Duplicate or delete

  • Duplicate page — reuse a great layout for a new property. Photos and layout are copied; leads and analytics are not.
  • Delete listing — permanently removes the page and its photos. This can't be undone.
Editing a listing has no autosave — click Save before you leave the page, or your changes are lost.
