Listings

The property form, field by field

Every section of the listing form and what it controls.

The property form is the same whether you're creating or editing a listing. Here's what each part does.

Status and photos

  • Status — Draft, Published, Sold, or Archived. Only Published listings are visible to the public.
  • Feature this listing — featured homes appear first on the public landing page.
  • Photos — drag and drop or choose files. The first photo is the cover; hover any photo to reorder it or set it as the cover. Large photos are resized automatically.

Property details

  • Address — street, city, state (2-letter code), and ZIP are required.
  • Property facts — price, beds, baths, square feet, lot size, year built, garage spaces, property type, and county.
  • Monthly costs — property taxes, HOA, and home insurance. These prefill the payment calculator.
  • Marketing copy — a one-line headline and a full description. Stick to specific, verifiable facts.
  • References — MLS #, a Zillow URL, a video/3D-tour URL, and an assumable-loan rate note.

Co-marketing realtor

Optionally attach a realtor from your Realtors list so their photo and info appear on the page. When you attach one, you'll confirm they've approved being featured — that confirmation is required to publish a co-marketed page.

The Save button changes to match what you're doing: “Save draft,” “Publish listing,” or “Save & publish.”
