Password and security

Change your password and understand the first-login reset.

Open “Password & security” from the account menu to change your password. If your team set you up with a temporary password, you'll be prompted to set your own the first time you sign in — before you can reach the dashboard.

Password rules

  • At least 10 characters, with a letter and a number.
  • Not an easy-to-guess password (common words and simple sequences are rejected).
  • Different from your current password.
Changing your password signs you out everywhere else and starts a fresh session here. Use a unique password you don't use elsewhere — your team admin can reset access if you're ever locked out.
