When you submit a contact form, we collect the name, email, phone, message, and preferences you provide, along with the property you were viewing.

We collect basic, first-party analytics about page views and interactions (for example, opening the photo gallery or using the payment calculator) to understand which pages are useful.

We also use two third-party analytics services on our public pages: Google Analytics, which sets cookies to recognize a returning visit, and Ahrefs Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Both report visits in aggregate. Neither runs on the loan officer dashboard or the realtor portal, and we do not use advertising or retargeting trackers.

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry. Depending on what you ask about, your message may go to the listing agent, the Dream Team loan officer, or both — the form tells you which before you send it.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by contacting the loan officer listed on the page.
