Go to a loan officer licensed in your state. Every profile lists their direct phone and email, the states they're licensed in, their NMLS number, and a link to their own official ALCOVA application. Pricing and pre-approval questions have to go through a licensed person, so this page won't try to answer them.
I'm a realtor starting a partnership
Partnerships start with a loan officer in your market. They prepare financing answers for your buyers and stay reachable about where a file stands. If you already work with someone on the team, contact them from their profile.
I have a question about a loan in progress
The fastest answer comes from the loan officer whose name is on your file. They and the processor working it can see exactly where it stands, and their direct contact details are on their profile page.
It's a servicing or corporate matter
Payments, payoffs, escrow, company licensing, and complaints are handled by ALCOVA Mortgage, LLC, not by an individual team. Their site lists the correct department and current contact information for each.

The partner portal is invite-only. Your Dream Team loan officer sends the invitation and can reissue an expired sign-in link.
