Realtor portal terms of use

These terms will govern authorized realtor partners' access to the secure Dream Team portal. The text below is a structural draft; the binding terms are pending ALCOVA compliance approval.

Authorized, invited access only

Portal access is granted by invitation to verified realtor partners for specific transactions they are party to. Access may be revoked at any time. Do not share credentials or portal links.

Confidentiality of borrower information

Information shown in the portal about a buyer's mortgage progress is confidential and is limited to approved, non-sensitive status updates. It may be used only to support the transaction and must not be redistributed.

Informational only

Portal status is informational and is not an offer, pre-approval, quote, or commitment to lend. ALCOVA Mortgage LLC is an Equal Housing Lender, NMLS #40508 (www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org).
